The renovation of the main residence honored its historic charm, carefully restoring original details while introducing subtle enhancements to improve comfort and functionality. Tucked thoughtfully into the property, we also constructed a sleek 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath accessory dwelling unit—designed with hydronic heating, superior insulation, and efficient building systems. The result is a seamless integration of old-world craftsmanship and contemporary living, where tradition and sustainability coexist in perfect harmony.
