Location: Saint Francis Wood - San Francisco California
Blending Heritage with Innovation - This project brought together the timeless elegance of a classic English Tudor home and the forward-thinking design of a high-performance modern ADU. The renovation of the main residence honored its historic charm, carefully restoring original details while introducing subtle enhancements to improve comfort and functionality. Tucked thoughtfully into the property, we also constructed a sleek 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath accessory dwelling unit—designed with hydronic heating, superior insulation, and efficient building systems. The result is a seamless integration of old-world craftsmanship and contemporary living, where tradition and sustainability coexist in perfect harmony.

Location: Pacific Heights - San Francisco California
Historical renovation of a 1904, 2 story, Pacific Heights Victorian. A subrgade garage was added by suspending the building over steel and timber shoring and excavating 300 cubic yards of sand. Full concrete and steel walls were shot and a solid mat slab was poured. The two residential levels were carefully renovated giving a slightly modern twist.
